My name is Zenia (pronounced zeen-yah) and I’m from America’s high-five. I've made my way through the world in design, advertising, and product.
I'm a design generalist. I love strategy, efficiency, and operations. I don't sweat the small stuff, but I do focus on the big picture. I build relationships cross-functionally. Some of the things I do:
Bring designers together
🦥 Created a "bat signal" when a designer needed immediate help in Slack.
Implemented a Weekly Design Workshop, a safe space where design could jam on ideas, get actionable feedback, and inform other designers of their work.
Cross-functional bridge
When working in the Growth vertical, I teamed up with Marketing to generate ideas and see how we could merge product + marketing together.
Created a bi-weekly marketing + PDE sync to share ideas and experiment outcomes.
